Cake with chestnut and creams

Mont Blanc - a cake with sweet chestnut. It's original version is probably the most famous cake from Tokyo Kaikan, dining and meeting facility in Tokyo, near the Imperial Palace. Tokyo Kaikan has a long history and known for delicious food. The banquet is used for many purposes including meetings and receptions for welcoming high officials from outside Japan.
